We're aware that customers have run into issues with the current backup and restore behavior for their iOS/iPadOS and macOS devices, such as apps not downloading. The content below has been updated with these changes. This will be available to both supervised and non-supervised devices for iOS/iPadOS and macOS. This change will not happen automatically, admins will be able to enable a new setting to prevent the iCloud backup of managed apps. Prepare and maintain documentation-related application support like SOM, Service Card, Support Rota, Knowledge base, etc.If you clean computer's Recycle Bin, the files and folders are not deleted forever.Regular engagement with Business & Systems Teams that looks to adopt and apply the best practice of Service Support.Ensure adherence to incident and change management processes.Report the root cause of the incidents and present ideas on how to prevent the incidents from occurring in the future.Monitor business-critical batch workloads, real-time/ interactive processing, data transfer services, application on-boarding and upgrades, and recovery procedures.Carry out technical enhancements as desired and daily health-check activities that involves application checks, system checks, and database checks and related to production systems/ servers.Conduct analysis and do bug fixes for production incidents.Maintain Eagle Interfaces, Informatica mapping and Control-M schedules.Work in the support team alongside data analysts, business analysts, database administrators and business project teams to enhance and support the production services.Provide the first line of technical support for business-critical applications (Principal technologies/ applications used include Oracle, UNIX, Informatica, Control-M, Python, Eagle and PAAS).Updated 01/23/23: Based on the feedback we’ve received, there are some slight changes to when and how we rollout this change.
